Hi, I’m Helen.

I’m a Design Manager at Everlane, leading Women’s Wovens as well as Color and Concept. I’ve been with the brand for over five years, where I help shape product direction through a balance of trend, color storytelling, and elevated design. My approach is rooted in a strong understanding of materials, proportion, and effortless details.

Before joining Everlane, I worked across a range of product categories and markets, including small leather goods for a private label company, homewares design in Australia, as well as early design work for a new toddler and kidswear brand. I studied design in Milan and Hong Kong, experiences that continue to influence my everday choices, and I’m a graduate of FIT in New York City.

I currently reside in the Bay Area where I am constantly crafting or out exploring with my two young daughters.

My Approach

I approach my work with a balance of creativity, grounded in collaboration and a strong work ethic. I’m detail-driven and thoughtful in my process, with a natural curiosity that pushes me to ask questions, explore new ideas, and continuously refine outcomes. I value working closely with cross-functional partners and believe the best work comes from shared perspective, clear communication, and care at every stage of execution.
